Switched out to a single drive, then put my old drives back in, computer won't display anything on screen.

Hey guys, so here's the problem, and for the life of me, I cannot figure it out. I sold my PC to a friend, so I took out my GPU and my drives, then hooked up a brand new SSD to it and stuck in a USB with the windows 10. For some reason, the monitor will not display anything whatsoever. I hooked up my old drives and my GPU again, but the computer does the exact same thing. It will not display anything on screen. I've tried clearing the CMOS, taking out the battery and using the pins, but nothing works.

What would you suggest I do?

Test the monitor on another PC - - you've got to eliminate that possibility before getting to the "scratching your head" phase.
