switched power supply to 230 for short time.

I had accidentally moved the switch over during installation. I live in North America, where 115 is standard voltage. I turned the computer on, and immediately noticed the sound of it running harder than it should be. I switch the computer off only after about 3 seconds. I now have everything installed, and it all appears to be working fine. Is it possible for me to have still done damage and is there any way of checking this?

The computer has a very expensive graphics card, also.. This is some reason for my concerns.

You should be okay if it had been the other way round and supplied 230V to a 115V PSU then the outcome would have been different.
very unlikely you have done any damage.

The PSU has a switch for 230. I thought it may hurt something else inside the computer having in switched for a moment.
