Question Switched to a new Mobo having problems with USB 3.0 Port

I just switch to a x470 gaming msi mobo and the front usb 3.0 panel everytime I go to connect something it spams the connecting sound and makes the pc laggy (changing volume goes all weird) any ideas?

Have you installed the latest drivers & ran through Windows Update until it's fully updated?

Did you clean install the OS on the new motherboard, or are you using a previous OS install from older hardware?

Clean OS and all windows and bios updates are done

And drivers from ASUS' website?

I got the chipset & bios driver from MSI website cause its an MSI one. Just check with a USB it doesnt do the spam sound only on my type c cables for my phone both do it
