Question Switcher, matrix, or splitter?

Alright, I'm trying to make an informed decision on what exactly it is that I need and what product can fit the specifications I need and google is not helping me out.

So I have a TV with e/arc capabilities and one of the HDMI ports is no longer working, that's besides the point. So I'm looking for a switcher or matrix or a splitter that can output 4k with 120hz and allow me to use my sound bar for sound while gaming on my PC at 120hz. Is there a product anyone would suggest?

It's a Sony Bravia XR-55A80J TV, my output source is HDMI port 3 e/Arc 120hz , and the sound bar is a Sony S100F 2.0ch sound bar. The damaged port is port 4 ARC 120hz.

Would it be possible to connect the optical output of the TV to the optical input of the soundbar?

I mean it's possible. But I don't readily have an optical output cable, while I do have plenty of 2.1 HDMI cables.
