Switching DRAM without testing MOBO

So Ive been having the blue screen of death for the last few years on my computer (like once every other week). I immediately thought the issue was with my RAM specifically, since they seemed sketchy af when I bought it. Finally this past week I bought new RAM sticks. Now that I almost got them in hands Ive been wondering if it could be a MOBO issue and not the DRAM itself. How can I test a MOBO issue related to the DRAM? Or is the risk of a MOBO issue super low?
MOBO - MAXIMUS VI HERO
Ram sticks - 2x KINGSTON 8GB 1333Mhz DDR3 CL9 - KVR1333D3N9/8G
new ones - 2x Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB 1600Mhz DDR3 HX316C10FW/8
edit - (2x8gb ram sticks)

The best way to test if it’s a motherboard issue is to put those new sticks in and see if you still get a BSOD.

What error code pops up when you hit the BSOD?

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT Im pretty sure, will take exact note next time it happens
