Alright so as the title says It all, I am switching from the AMD FX - 8320 to an Intel Gaming PC and basically buying everything brand new and I wanted to know if the parts I chose were essentially good enough and will at least run games such as Battlefield 1 at 1080P with decent frames and also GTA V and Whatnot..

yea any z170 would work. MSI doesnt exactly pack their mid-end boards with features, but they are usually relatively cheap and effective (and i like their aesthetics). this one is slightly better and a bit more expensive.

i suggest one of two things: get a non-K cpu, or get a z170 motherboard. you have an unlocked cpu, which is meant for overclocking, and paired it with a b150 chipset, which is NOT meant for overclocking. either way, it will perform better than an 8320
