[SOLVED] Switching from Amd gpu to Nvidia without display

Hi there,

As the title states, I'm not very knowledgeable regarding PC's. My AMD GPU recently broke and I decided to switch over to Nvidia. My current cpu doesnt have integrated graphics so I have no display, so I'm wondering what I should do in order to safely transfer over to Nvidia. I still have AMD's drivers active on the PC And I dont know if it's safe to boot while the AMD's drivers are still active.

This might be such an obvious question. I haven't ordered a new GPU yet so any advice would be appreciated.

Install the gpu and boot into Windows and then use DDU to uninstall the AMD drivers https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Then reboot and install the latest NVidia driver.
