Switching from AMD to Intel

I am going to switch from AMD to intel cpus because I started playing many games that mainly use only one CPU core and I do not know that to do because many of them run under 30fps and I know that they run on my gtx 970 oc fine because that have seen them played on that.

If any one that a suggestion for what kind of CPU and mother board I can get for intel to would like that.

Most games are GPU dependent and not processor dependent althoug current AMD procs do already bottleneck any late GPUs.
30 fps in games does not mean anything. FPS are highly game+settings to hardware related.
Post your full system specs, games you played with those less than 30 fps and your rough settings (maxed out, or medium)
