Switching from integrated GPU to dedicated Graphics Card

Recently I bought my PC;
Asus z170-k
AMD R9 Strix 380x 4GB
Intel i5-6500

My problem is that the integrated GPU in my CPU is always working, I can't find a way to switch to Radeon, when i try to opet AMD settings I get an error saying: "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware." In the Catalyst control centre, there are no options like selecting a program that will run with my dedicated Graphics card. I tried every solution except messing with BIOS, because I'm not an expert in PC's.

Have you connected all required PCIe power cables to the graphics card?
When card installed, connect the monitor to it.

Yeah, everything is connected.
I'm using two monitors, one of them is and LG TV, and another one is a Samsung type monitor, neither of them are connected to my dedicated graphics card because it has DVI and my monitor(Samsung) is VGA, and the TV is hdmi.

with intel and amd mb. there two settings in the bios. the first is primany display. if it set to auto the mb bios can flip from onboard or gpu. the second is called muilt monitor support if it off only one video will be on. make sure for now both are set to on. then make sure gpu cable on the gpu and not on the mb when you power on. as the mb is new make sure it has the newest bios file and intel chipset drivers.

When card installed, the onboard is automatically disabled.
Try using a DVI to VGA adapter.

Im sorry, can you be more detailed? I'm not that deep into BIOS, I get lost quickly.

If your monitor/tv is not connecting to the dedicated gpu, you are not using the decicated gpu.
