That's true, but you can underclock your PCI and AGP bus to remain at a constant level on some mobos, while overclocking the FSB. But I haven't heard of being able to overclock theose buses beyond what their normal divider would allow. Say you have a processor @ 800 Mhz. Running the processor at 8x100 and 6x133 will deliver the same performance (approximately), but the 133 Mhz FSB will make your memory, AGP, PCI, etc. run faster (Higher benchmarks!). But you need to be careful, and FSB more dangerous because all those components might not be able to handle the increased FSB.
