I am switching my GPU from a PNY 1050ti to an MSI 1060. Will anything happen, like will I have to uninstall any drivers or should I just pop it in no problem.

Solution
Always uninstall your drivers before switching.

First download the new drivers for the 1060 from the GeForce website (but don't run it yet)
Then download and install a program called Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU - Google it!)
Boot in safe mode then select 'Uninstall Drivers and Shut Down'

Once it finishes this process then install the new GPU into your PC and boot it back up.

Then when it's booted back up install the 1060 drivers that you downloaded in the first step.

That way you can ensure that you're up and running with clean drivers and can fully enjoy your new card :)

If you don't uninstall, the computer will be expecting a 1050 and will get a more powerful 1060, which MAY cause bottle-necking.
