And it's amd a8 7600 to intel i5 4690k
I am using win 10 and its the upgrade from win 7

Solution

This strongly suggests a full reinstall.
There is a small chance that just plugging it in may 'just work'. Small...very small.
Prepare for if it does not work.
And if you are properly prepared, save yourself the pain and brain ache, and just reinstall anyway.

And depending on which specific OS and where it came from, maybe even a whole new OS license purchase.
Which OS is this, and where did it come from?

Switch hard drives?
As in the OS drive?

No...much more investigation needed, and this may just result in having to do a wohle reinstall anyway.

1. What OS?
2. What are the two architectures? Intel, AMD, what CPU/motherboard?
