I was wondering if I could install a new ssd in my "old" computer and switch it later on in a new pc ,that I am planning to build myself, without erasing everything from the ssd?

You could use your SSD in any computer system as a storage drive. However, if you plan to use an OS stored on it, you'd not be able to. Every computer needs a genuine Windows installation, as it communicates with the motherboard and the SSD/HDD is just a carrier of the system files. No matter what, it's probably best to get your data from the SSD backed up elsewhere as it's advisable to re-install any software program on it, when changing operating systems/computers. If you have only data files on it, you should be able to access them from any computer though.
