Hello,

I have a problem with my monitor.
I recently bought a HKC G27 from the warehouse deals at amazon, listed at only having 5 or less dead pixels for a great price.
I also got a new Display port cable and when I switch from 60 hz to 144hz the whole screen gets vertical pixel lines in wich im not able to see anything. I switched (having a really hard time) back to 60 hz and everything seems fine. I really don' t understand any of this.
BTW: when I play on 120hz everything is same as 60hz (totally fine)

Can someone please help me out?

Solution
There's nothing you can do to "fix" the monitor. If it doesn't work on 144 Hz but does on 120 Hz then use it with 120 Hz.

That's the thing with "great price" refurbished monitors. By paying peanuts, you'll get monkeys. If you want fully operational monitor, you'd be paying full price for it.
