Switching to Mini-itx

I want to switch to mini itx as I want a smaller setup and I don't like my case at the moment. My parts at the moment are; i5 4460, asus z97p, 16gb 1600mhz ram, 1tb Seagate barracuda, gtx 970, a corsair carbide spec 03 and a 450w corsair vs power supply.

I was wondering whether I could swap the case out for a bitfenix prodigy mini itx and a z97i ack.

Of course you could. You would just have to check if your ATX PSU and GPU fit in it. Both should be stated on the product description.
You could also buy a short version of a GTX 970, then you would be able to use an even smaller case.

I was also thinking of adding a kraken g10 bracket to it with a corsair h55 CPU cooling so I could over clock my gpu
