I recently bought a graphics card and psu and they both fit in my computer fine. When i put in the gpu and start the computer, all the components power on properly but i get no display. I tried plugging my display to the motherboard and the gpu but both have the same outcome. My AMD Catalyst Control Center does not give me an option for enabling switchable graphics. My bios also doesnt give me the setting to set the display to run from PCI express. How do i get the card to work?

My mother board and gpu are mentioned here. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2880902/evga-gtx-750-ftw-fit-motherboard.html

Solution
Your computers graphics out-put should just switch automatically, so the only video cords should be going into your graphics card. try fiddling with some monitor settings. does the bios screen come up?
