Not bad at all. Maybe try other stores for better deals such as ncix.ca or canadacomputers.ca , as they may have more competitive pricing. I live in Toronto, and I regret buying anything from tigerdirect.ca once I saw the prices from local ncix/cc. MAYBE even newegg.ca

Good Luck.

Ahhh.. really not sure about that.. but if I had to guess, I would think so. the HD 6850 is very good.
Try searching for the recommended system requirements for that and compare.

That build should be able to max SWTOR. The 6850 is a great card for its current price point. Generally people don't like bulldozer CPUs very much, if you're looking into upgrading the build in the future especially, I would recommend getting an I3 Sandy Bridge and Z68 mobo if possible, so that you could upgrade to Intel's next-gen Ivy Bridge CPUs. HDD wise I found a cheap 250 gig drive on ncix I could give you the link for, but thats kind of small. You could probably save a bit on the case, get on around $35-40. PSU-wise the 600W ModXstream PSU should be good as well, for $10 savings as well.
