SX8200 NVMe SSD always disappears from BIOS after Cold Boot

Hello Everyone,



So I tried every BIOS setting (fast boot, etc.) and I still have this issue.

Every time I cold boot my computer, I have to replug the NVMe ssd adapter back into the PCIe 4 slot just for it to boot windows. Restarting the computer after it already booted does not have this problem.

Use the SSD Toolbox to update the drives firmware and see if that fixes the issue.

@ben_tsan1337 @Matekooo did you solve the problem?
If i understand you @ben_tsan1337 you have OS on your M.2 SSD and when you somehow menage to boot it up is work normal.. when you restart it, it work normal... but when you shut down it and try to start it again, it won't work?
Does when you start it up, gives you blue screen with "error code 0xc000000e" ?
I have this kind of problem, and now my question is: can my GPU make problem with M.2 ? Because when i start up my computer with cable in my main GPU it wont start, it give me message "error code 0xc000000e" ... but when i start computer with integrated GPU, boot up normal... then i just unplug cable and put it on my GPU... so thats strange to me...
SSD Toolbox show normal PCIe Gen3 x4.

Did someone solve the problem? I have the same. Only solution is unpluging power cable, pluging again and then turning on pc.

Wel if there is nor firmware updates for it or your motherbd, Are you removing the PC from power when you do a shutdown? Either by some master switch or unplugging it?

I have to unplug cable. Disabling switch on pc doesn't cut power from PCIe (I use M.2 to PCIe adapter).

Some SSD's do not take kindly to the PC being unpowered. Try just doing a windows shutdown and seeing it it restarts normally.
