Sybolism isn't what I wanted

I am obsessed with fixing things I know nothing about, but I've leared not enough to save 3 pc's and 2 macs. Today I'm using a friends pc to help me fix one of mine. Yes I'm nervouse and scared and really need help. how to get to fonts in a sea of crazy symbols?

I haven't the foggiest idea of what you want. Are you not seeing the proper language? If so, in the Windows control panel, there is a way to change the Language to English.
