I think Norton would gain a lot more good will amount the IT community if it stopped installing a trial version on prebuilt computers and laptops.

So, for one low low price I can reduce performance on all of my devices to a crawl. No thank you Symantec. The best feature of Norton is the uninstall feature.

If it's slowing your computer down, you need to upgrade to something released in the last decade... It has the lowest system impact of any A/V or security suite on the market.

People should really shop around because Norton is such a crappy AV software. So is McAfee. Something like NOD32 - now that's what you call Antivirus.

I use linux, still no viruses for it, I wonder if what happened to mac would happen to it, but I really took care of what I downloaded, even I nearly never got viruses when i used to use windows

well i will never use any Norton product considering there source code to there programs were stolen by hacker's they still deny most parts but its true none the less unless they completely re-write they code, no one will ever use there product. anyway Bitdeffender is still no1
