Question Symantec username/password

I have an used hdd and ssd i purchased. It has a symantec desktop prompting you to log in username and password. To my knowledge there is no windows on it, so therefore, I am unable to use windows functions to bypass or uninstall. Where do i go from here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
