Sync ASUS Aura with SteelSeries Prism

Is there a way to synchronize my Asus Aura compatible components with my SteelSeries peripherals?

Not without writing your own software for that. SteelSeries Engine can only see and control lights on SteelSeries devices, and ASUS Aura cannot control light on peripherals.
