Question Sync has stopped via Google Dashboard

I am trying to turn on sync but been at that all a.m. today, since 7:30. I am lost, and confused.

I want to make sure my Chromebook 3 is synced with my main PC/Google Account. I'll attach a photo and hope that someone knows where to turn this back on, or get it un-stopped. Thanks in advance:

Ok, can't attach a pic but it says this under Settings>People>Sync

Sync has been stopped via the Google Dashboard

I have faced such kind of problem before.

It is likely to occur after you update the software on your android phone.

The easy fix for it would be to clean the cache, remove all the google accounts and try to set them up again.

It worked for me and should work for you too.

I'm sorry, but this issue is on my Chromebook 3 Version 7.1.1. not my Android phone. I thought I was posting in a ChromeOS forum but I see I should have indicated I am having the issue with ChromeOS on Chromebook.

Thank you anyway though, and maybe it is the same fix for the CB 3 ?
