SyncbackFree Software won't backup every file!

Hi guys,

I'm having some major issues with the backup software, SyncbackFree and I'm wondering if anyone can help me. So I have tried copying and pasting my SSD and HDD files into my external hard drive, but for both drives, it isn't able to copy some of the files. I notice that it gives you a backup log, but I have no idea how to read it. What should I do?

I was trying to copy my entire SSD and HDD drive... This is part of the error message log that it gave me when trying to copy over some files from my SSD. The overall error message is like 30x as big as this.

Wait so then what software program do you suggest I use for backing up my hard drives? Is there anyway to fix this issue? What I want to do is upgrade to Windows 10 and in case if something went wrong, I'd be able to recover my files from my backup drive.

I've decided to use Macrium Reflect. I remember using it before, but I can't remember why I deleted it.

Is it possible to have both of my backups on one external partition? Or do I need to partition it so that one's for my SSD and the other is for my HDD.

Also do I need to delete my previous backups when I was using SyncBackFree? Like is it possible to choose a specific folder within my backup hard drive to back it into? I don't want to have to delete what I've already backed up and I don't want to merge my other partition that I use for my Mac.

I have no idea what kind of backup I should be using.

I know the difference between image and clone, but for my case, I have no idea.

Maybe I could do both.

Image is what you are probably looking for.
Creates a copy of that drive used space in a folder on a different drive.
