[SOLVED] synchronice/copy/clone I dont know

I have an old asus chromebox and have now a new HP chromebox.
I like to have all the pictures,movies,passwords, files, downloads etc etc etc I want to have them all on my new chromebox but how do I do that? how do I set up? This is a total new thing to learn for me and I can not find nothing on the net, not by HP either,Please some step by step would be suuuuuper

Get a USB stick and copy files from old to it, then copy from it to new one.
