More info?)
Set the size in the connection software they're using. For some client
software, you can set this manually to what you want; hard to be more
specific about where you go to do this without knowing how the connect
(namely, the version number of the native TS client they use, and it's
different again if using the web client).
An FYI if you don't know about screen sizes in detail. Pretty much all
monitors still in use for Win9x and newer systems can run displays 640
pixels wide by 480 pixels tall, and might run higher. Users with smaller or
older monitors tend to run with that resolution, and in a windowed TS
session they still have some scroll. The way to fix this is to connect
fullscreen or else use a custom size in the connection properties; a
connection of about 630 wide by 440 tall should also allow the screen to fit
in the window.
There may be some problems for applications displaying correctly in the
session with smaller resolutions like that. Windows displays fine - I've
connected OK with settings as low as 320 x 240 - but that's just about the
limit.
