So this monitor kind of confuses me. Its a Samsung SyncMaster S22B300 with a native resolution of 1920x1080 which would make sense to get a single link DVI-D cable, as that cable supports up to 1920x1080.. but when I looked at the back of my monitor, it has a DVI-D Dual Link Plug... which confuses me since that kind of plug is for 1920x1080 resolution and above, which my monitor does not have anything above 1920x1080..
Any suggestions on what kind of plug to use? Would it be worth getting a DVI-D Dual Link Cable or would a Single Link Cable provide the same results?
