I've tried connecting the Synology through the Synology Assistant, and find.synology.com. Neither one can find it. The status light is blinking orange as well, but I cannot get into the WebGUI to see what is specifically wrong. I have swapped out ethernet cables, I have plugged it into the network, as well as plugging it in directly to my computer via ethernet. I temporarily disabled the firewall & antivirus to see if that was blocking any communication. I tried changing the drives out to see if they we're faulty. I have tried connecting on a different computer. What other troubleshooting steps can I try ?
