I'm having a bit of a problem. Originally, my Synology NAS was attached to a TP-LINK switch, which was connected to the modem. I recently bought RT-AC68U and attached the switch to it. I'm able to see my wireless connections and two of my wired connections, however DS213j is not showing up. Based on the lights, there seems to be a good LAN connection, but it's not showing on my router's network map and is not visible to any other computer. Even my Raspberry Pi is working fine.

I thought that there could be an issue with the switch, but after connecting DJ213j to the AC68U router directly, the problem remained.

Any idea what's going on?

Finally got a hold of the ASUS support and the fella on the phone immediately suggested that I most likely have my setting within the NAS set to the old router. I felt so silly right away. Indeed, I had it set to the old gateway and IP address. I connected it back to the old router and changed the settings. Up and running now. :)

Most likely something wrong with the drives themselves.
I would suggest powering it down and testing the drives independently for faults.
