Dear Tomshardware forum users :)

I just recently upgraded to UPC Cablecom Horizon and I got a new router. Since then, I can not access my Synology 213+ NAS anymore - not even in my intranet. Here is my current setup:

Before I changed to the Technicolor TC7200.U router, the Time Capsule did not operate in bridge mode. I could access my Synology and the Synology did do all the port forwarding on the Time Capsule nearly automated.
I can do portforwarding with the Technicolor, but I never did that before since Synology did all the work for me.

1. The port of the Synology NAS to access the webinterface is 5000, but I don't know what the local IP of the Synology is. How can I find that out?

2. Since the Samsung TV box supports DLNA, it would be great to access the content on my Synology NAS over the Technicolor router - like I did before with the WD TV Box - but the Wifi signal of the Apple Time Capsule is not strong enought to reach the Samsung Horizon TV Box. Is there a way to access the Synology NAS over the Technicolor router?

Thanks in advance for any help. My experiences with networks are very limited but I am very eager to learn more to solve those kind of problems myself in the future.

The Time Capsule is in Bridge Mode (according to the Airport Tool).

I can attach it to the LAN port of the Technicolor, but apparently, that does not make any difference. However, I have figured out how to access the NAS in my intranet: I had to reconfigure the admin account over the Synology Assistent tool.

Since the Technicolor is not officially supported from Synology, I have to do the port forwarding myself. The NAS has the IP 192.168.0.45. I have made following entry on my Technicolor:
- Public Port Range: 5000-5001
- Local IP: 192.168.0.45
- Target Port Range: 5000-5001
- Protocol: TCP/UDP
But it does not work properly, since the NAS can not be accessed from it's DDNS URL.

In my opinion this should work, since the Time Capsule is in bridge mode and all the ports are administrated by the Technicolor. Or have I understood the concept of this wrong?

I tested the WLAN on the Technicolor and it is way more powerfull then the one on the Time Capsule. So I deinstalled the Time Capsule and replaced it with the Technocolor completely.
Since my NAS has more ports then the Technocolor can handle, it just put the IP of the Synology DS in the DMZ configuration and everything works fine now :)

Thanks again for your help RealBeast :)
