Syntony speakers imput voltage?

Can anyone tell me what voltage the DC imput should be for Syntony MS 405 Multi Media Speakers. I got a set from a garage sale and although it shows DC imput it doesn't say how many volts. I tried 9 with no success so either they don't work or it's the wrong voltage

I suggest you try contacting Syntony about this. The last thing you want to do is plug in a DC adapter with a too high voltage and fry your speakers.

That was my first thought to, but i can't find a web site for them.
