Question System agent configuration is missing on asus b450m plus

Hello, Im trying to use my onboard gpu for dual monitor but i do have a graphics card. i would like to use an extra monitor but system agent is missing in the BIOS

I saw a hdmi port in the motherboard i thought it will have a gpu.
