Question System alt-tabs at exact time everyday

So, been a while i've been experiencing this annoying issue where my system alt tabs to the desktop when playing games, but just the other day i realized it happens at the exact same time everyday, 15:44, so it's likely some sort of scheduled event but I have no idea what it is or where to start looking for. Any ideas?

type "task scheduler" into the search bar. that's where those are located.

you can sort the list for last time it happened. should be easy to find if you know what time it happens. then just delete the task.

obviously look and see what put it there to be sure it does not just put it back.
