System and hdd password

hello!
i have dell inspiron N5040 laptop. i forget the system and hdd password. what i do, that my problam is solve. plz help me and send me the master key of Dell Insprion N5040.

You will need to contact Dell. Give them the Service Tag Number and your personal information, they can guide you through the reset process.
