[SOLVED] System at 20-30% always -- is this legitimate?

I go process explorer and open threads and this is what is using all my CPU. I have run DSIM and SFC. I believe that I am infected. Does anyone know what I should do?

that KeSynchronizeExecution is a WDM driver interrupt object
so some of your drivers are causing it
run latencymon, that could maybe tell which driver has high ISR (driver interrupt service routine)
