system automatically shutsdown like power outage

hi guys, i recently assembled my pc,with amd fx 6300,toxic r9 270x,asus m5a97.r2,corsair vs 650w for a week it ran very smooth,but now,it totally shutsdown like it happens in poweroutage after running 5-10 min,no windows shutting down message,nothing, it just blacksout,only the motherboard's light can be seen ,so in order to make it work again i have to turn off the ups and start over again ,it started while gaming,so i thought its temp issue,but now i left it idle,it still happened with temp 43C,the problem is that i dont know whats the problem,so please guys help me, its really pissing me off

it is not an temp issue. it is your ups thats causing problem. Happens with many people. I suggest just don't use ups because that is not necessary today. Your psu can easily handle any power surge if happens....

It could be a bad power supply. They can go bad. Can you hook up another good power supply to your rig to see if it works with the other PSU.

but its brand new,and it was working just fine for more than a week

It could be a bad power supply. They can go bad. Can you hook up another good power supply to your rig to see if it works with the other PSU.

I take it you made sure all the cables, including the 2 power cables for the mother board are plugged in securely? Also, check the capacitors on the mother board to make sure none of them popped or are leaking.

Any type of electrical component can suddenly die, including brand new ones.

so do i have to replace my psu for a same one or get a diffrent one ?,cause its under warranty period

Yeah, get the same. You could have just gotten a bad one. If it happens again, ask if you can switch brands.
