System become very unstable?!

From the beggining when I installed win10 2 months ago, I didnt have any major problems with system.
I am using windows 10, yesterday I experienced freeze, not even bluescreen but system just colapsed so I could only press resset button.

Tried to reboot but it wont.
I had 2x4GB ram, so I suspect that memory is the problem, unplugged one modul and reboot, and the system rebooted. It worked all day yesterday without freeze, just this morning it freezed again, this time screen went black but hard drives are still working.
Rebooted couple of times but every time it goes black after few minutes.
It goes black when I start some application, such as firefox, or when I perform some action, like closing the application.
What could be the problem?

Is this hardware of software problem?
Could it be that memory modules broke, one after another? It sounds unlikely but I dont know.
Is it possible that CPU is broken so it can broke RAM memory?

I tried to repair system files, sfx /scannow, it said that there is some files but it could not repair it.
I dont know how to read log file and which files to repair manually.

My machine: Asus MB p8z77-le, intel i52500K, samsung evo 840 ssd, saphire r9 280x,
I didnt used this machine for any OC or anything like that.

Dont know where to start from here?
How can I repair windows, if I understand when I boot from win-dvd it offer me to do clean install or to save my settings to separated folder? I cant repair/refresh windows 10 system and keep all my settings?

If you have any idea how to fix this, let me know because I am desperate here. :(

1.Run chkdsk in safemode and see if it's hard drive problem.
2.Have you updated win10 before the problem has appeared?
3.You can run memtest for memory test around 12-13 passes are eunogh or run 20 if you are willing to be 100% sure.

Update: i saw now that you have run sfx , have you been installing some softwares before the problem appeared? You need to do clean reinstall of win10 and keep files to seperate patrition but configs of your windows cannot be saved.
If this doesn't help wait for more experienced than me to help you.

ANY HELP?

It's hardware error as code 141 stands for it.Ill update when i research more about it.

Update: Did you have previous win7 before win10?
Update 2: Yea more research and i think it's GPU drivers or hardware , Try downgrading drivers for your gpu.If that doesnt help try your gpu in diffirent PC, or just power up your pc with motherboard vga if you have one.
Update 3:It seems more like corrupted atikmpag.sys as it stands for your gpu driver.

Hi, I upgraded to win10 from win8.1. And win8.1 from win8.
I dont remember for sure but I think I did upgrade from win7 to win8.

I checked archived version of this .sys file, and the differ in size, could that be the problem?
