System Blue Screens? Is it my Overclock? Voltage higher than OC Voltage?

So yesterday my system BSOD'd twice and the second time was NFTS File System Error, which I then fixed because apparently a few thousand files were corrupted, my OC didn't appear to have anything to do with it so I left it at that, switched it on today booted up Steam VR and it immediately BSOD'd saying "System Thread Exception Not Handled". I Googled it and it says it's corrupted drivers, I don't know where to start with that because up to recently everything has been working fine. I'm not entirely sure if it's to do with my OC or not. Which leads onto my next questions.

My CPU is an I7-8700k and I'm running a Corsair Hydro H100i V2 Liquid Cooler on that, so I researched a safe voltage for 5Ghz (voltage was manually set to 1.35) and multiple forums suggested 1.35 is sufficient for 5Ghz, so I've be running that, however, I switched off my OC because of the bluescreen to see if that fixes it, however, my Voltage appears to be higher when I've set the core voltage to auto in the BIOS? CPU-Z says it's running at 1.392 whereas my OC was 1.344? I'm not entirely sure if this is anything to do with the Bluescreening at all or whether this is something else.
