Question System booting to BIOS

So replaced my mobo, CPU and ram last night. Initially it wouldn't boot at all but after placing the CPU fan into the right power socket and booting with one stick of ram in slot 4 (either stick of RAM works in slot 4 but haven't found a way for it to boot with 2 sticks yet).

However, my PC now just boots straight to BIOS. it shows both SSD and HDD under storage devices but doesn't recognise either as bootable devices

You know what parts are in your PC but we don't. Hard to help without your pc specs including PSU.
