System build for this gen

can someone suggest a system build for this gen that will play games at high - ultra settings (maybe on the ultra part) and will be to capture/editing/render gameplay in sony vegas that wont go over a budget of $1325.

if you can wait till the end of the year you be better of for a gaming build. intel dropping next cpu and motherboard chipset the older 1150 mb will end the new cpu has 1151 pins. also nvidia and amd will be drop there new gpu. nvidia 800 having foundry issue getting the new 20mm parts up to yeild.

thanks but i would still like a little build just to put me off in the right direction the parts that u think would be better at the end of the year you could leave out
