How can I improve this system build to perform better?

Is that 2 stick of 4GB that you're getting to become 8GB?
Why not just grab a 8GB (2x4GB) kit.
Grab a Crucial M4
Ditch the GPU cooler, you can grab these if you're worry about cooling

You would actually do just fine with 2x4GB 1.5V CAS9 1600Mhz kit instead of a CAS7.
The difference is really small in performance.

Noctua NH-D14 works a bit better than the C14.

That Vertex 3 has nice performance so, I think you are good with that.

Personally I would get Corsair HX1050 or Corsair AX1200 instead of that Cooler Master PSU.
But they do cost a bit more.

Instead of those 580s and the Shaman coolers, get these. Best 580s ever: quiet, cool, fast. Plus double the framebuffer of your current selection.

As rvilkman said, the NH-D14 is better than the C14. You could also consider the Silver Arrow, whose fans have PWM.

The Corsair AX1200 is great.

I vote for the Crucial M4. With the new firmware, they're really fast. Get the 128GB version; if you want more, RAID will get you better performance than the 256GB version.

As for RAM, choose between this 1600MHz C8 kit or this 1866MHz C9 kit.

That was an interesting article. My suggestion would be to keep the motherboard they used but get the i5-2500K and the Corsair HX850. You probably only need 1 HDD, and I would stand by my 128GB M4 suggestion for your SSD. The RAM they chose is a little silly, so I would go with this kit or this kit.

i'm sorry you must have misunderstood me because i still want everything as they were. The only thing that have changed is my choice of cooling system. Now i'm considering water cooling for my cpu and gpus.

If you want a custom water cooling setup, I won't be able to help you much because I have no experience with that. You could use the Tom's build, or you could even stick with air cooling because it's effective, quiet, simple, and less risky.
