System build Workstation Upgrade For Rendering and Modelling purpose

Greetings I am an architecture student and want to upgrade my workstation as it is coming short during some of my rendering projects on 3ds max. I have a budget of 200 dollars. My current workstation specs are

Dell workstation T5500
Dual intel xeon 5650 cpu @2.66 ghz
Gtx 1060 3gb ddr 5
32 gb dd3 Ram
126 GB SSD and 1Tb HDD

My options include to sell off the existing specs to generate funds to support the upgrade. A detailed answer will be appreciated as I am a noob in this regard.

A T5500 can support two CPUs. Add the second 5650 CPU and RAM for that CPU.
