System builder help. Ultra cheap.

hey guys, looking for a hand with putting together an uber cheap system. the cheaper the better, without making sacrifice on longevity. ie, parts which will continue working over the years. no psus that may fry a system.

im putting together a computer for my grandparents. they really just need something that will run windows, antivirus, email, flash etc etc. a very basic build that can do basic tasks without problem. the cheaper the better.

i have very little experience with lower end parts. there will be no gaming done on this machine. so long as it can run windows and flash well, i think that will cover the bases.

offhand, i am assuming that amd apus are the best way to go on this, but i am not sure. 4 gigs of ram for smooth windows operation.

hard drive doesnt need a lot of space as there will be no media stored on the drive.

because im looking to spend less, not more. if i say 500 dollars, i dont want you to aim for 500 dollars. i want to meet these needs on as little money as possible.
