With System Builders - OEM would I be able to use the disk on multiple computers. Like its not limited to one license is it?

OEM copies can only be installed on one computer. Per the license agreement, the first system you install it on is the one it must remain with. You can reinstall it if the OS ever completely crashes (or say, the hard drive it's installed on dies), but you can't transfer the license to another PC.

okay thanks. so if i ever needed to reformat my pc w/the same hardware i would be okay?

Yes. There is a limit to the number of times you can automatically reactivate over the internet, but after you hit that limit, you are still able to use the toll-free phone activation method. I've had to use it a number of times. Takes about 6 minutes. Just explain the situation (hard drive died, OS crashed and couldn't be repaired, or whatever the situation may be) and the rep is happy to help.
