System capacity readings

hello guys,

i installed a new 500GB sshd Wd scorpio blue in my pc, the bios reading it right (500GB) but when i open Computer its showing that the capacity is 70GB

WHAT TO DOOOO?

Go to partition manager in windows and you should find it there and re format it.
