It will support win 10 and your i7 alright, but I would recommend you to go for a better board such as a z97 and if your budget is tight then an h97.

the h97 board has raid support and more number of sata ports but if you're not OCing then they will perform almost the same

Save some money and go with a Xeon 1231v3, same performance, runs cooler as it lacks IGP, and costs less. that MSI H97 board would be ok.

Yes. that is the hot selling combo as of now, ( well on lamington road atleast). although I would strongly recommend you to buy an aftermarket cooler as well. like a Hyper 212 evo. or noctua NH-14 so that you can get a killer overclock safely.
