When BIOS update is interrupted for whatever reason, your MoBo will be bricked. At this point, there's nothing you can do to "fix" your MoBo and only option is buying a new MoBo.
Here's a lesson: update MoBo BIOS as a last resort and only when you know new BIOS version solves a specific issue you have. Updating BIOS just because you don't have the latest BIOS isn't worth the risk of bricking your MoBo.

You may be in luck as that model has ASUS CrashFree BIOS 3. Just boot with the disc it came with in the optical drive, and an old BIOS will be installed. Or a FAT32 USB drive holding the latest BIOS.
