System crashed

Hello,My system had virus after which it stopped to turn on and doesnt beep and monitor blinks for a sec and then turns off
and cd rom light blinks and also the Mouse light stays on. Cannt get to BIOS screen as well.Please help

Doesn't sound like a virus. Sounds like a dead motherboard, PSU, etc.
