System Crashes

Hello,
I can conect with my contact on Messnager - and exchange IM's but the moment I go into video - the whole system crashes and it goes to reboot mode.

Hi Nikor..Yes - this problem seems only confined to Windows Messenger - as Skpe and Yahoo Mess. all work fine

It had wored very well for many months - only things that I can remember that might have done it was auto updates of Windows 7 or HP updates to their bos system or printer systems. No other software updates for some time.

Well, that could do it.

Can u go back in time? Use system restore to the time when it was fine. And set your updates to download them, but u will decide on to what installs.

Sometimes new updates mess things up.
