Question SYSTEM CRASHES

Have a desktop DDR3L motherboard but ti keeps crashing change RAM and HARD DRIVE already and remprogram so many times already . Any other suggestion to what could contribute to this crash report over and over? NEED HELP ASAP

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
check cpu/gpu temp?
